Summer is a particular moment, associating leisure and discoveries, relaxation and emotions. Throughout France, blossom vibrant stages where music, theater, and art echo through ancient amphitheaters, medieval palaces, and sun-drenched village squares.

Some are world renowned, such as Festival d’Avignon and the contemporary theatre in the Palais des Papes, Chorégies d’Orange dedicated to unforgettable opera performances beneath the stars in Roman theaters, classical music festival in La Roque-d’Anthéron, listening to piano notes in the Provençal fragrances, or Jazz à Juan where sensual rhythms spread through the French Riviera.

Others are growing or are more confidential. In the gorgeous Rocamadour village, walk on the Chemin d’Éternité or enjoy classical music events with Renaud Capuçon. In Paris, live the magical outdoor cinema nights, cozily installed in a lounger.

At the Abbaye de Fontevraud, follow an immersive journey, on day or night, from Aliénor d’Aquitaine to the recumbent of Richard the Lionheart. Why not extend the journey with the Cadre Noir in Saumur, a site visit and the Matinale show, the excellence in equestrian arts?
